Remote Support

We can provide Remote Support by following the instructions below.

One time support option no software to installed.

1. Please call (480) 220-8306 to see if Darren is available to help at this time.
     Click "Help Me" below.
    

2.  When prompted click Run then Run again.

3.  If you get a security warning click Yes

4.  Click the box that says "Show My PC Now" 

5.  If you get a Windows Security Alert click allow access.

6.  On the right of the "Show My PC Now" you will be given a Share Password.

7. Call (480) 220-8306 to give Darren the share password and allow him to log into your pc.

For ongoing support or to allow us to login with out you being present
follow the instruction below.

1.  Click here to install Logmein software.

2.  When asked to enter a description for you computer type your name first and last.

3.  click the check box for "I have received this link form a trusted source".

4.  click "Continue"

5.  Click "Install Logmein"

6.  If you get a pop up click Run.

7.  From this point just follow the on screen instructions.

8.  You may be prompted to enter a Computer access code,
      if so enter a password that you can share with me.
      If not prompted goto step 9.

9. Please call Darren at (480) 220-8306 when the install is compleate.
